· Receiving orders from clients, their verification and entering into the operating system.
· Booking warehouse unloading time frame for shipments.
· Receiving deliveries in the system.
· Entering shipment data to the recipient's systems.
· Keeping stock records and inventory control.
· Monitoring the quality of deliveries to recipients.
· Preparation of quality and volume reports for clients.
· Handling claims processes.

· you have experience in using WMS (Warehouse Management System),
· have experience in practical using the Office package (in particular Outlook and Excel),
· enjoy working in a busy and unpredictable environment,
· are driven by results and by improving yourself,
· are interested in providing excellent service to our customers,
· are a good team-player,
· have experience in transport, forwarding or similar.
