Responsible for the operational management of our warehouse team: you work on it.

How you do this? As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for coordinating and managing your team. You have an eye for maintaining quality and can effectively switch between different departments and our customers. Your team consists of approximately 30 people. You get this done by:

• conducting result and development discussions, managing sickness absence, and leading staff meetings;
• ensuring the monitoring and execution of our logistics processes based on daily and weekly plans;
• actively contributing to improvement projects in collaboration with engineering, project management, and IT.

Your team stands out within DSV for the camaraderie and approachability with which we interact. It's a close-knit team that helps each other when needed! Your team consists of team leaders who report directly to you. You have all the freedom and space to fill this role in the best possible way.

You bring

• experience in transport and logistics, combined with leadership experience; 
• a good command of the English language;
• experience with warehouse management systems or the drive to quickly familiarize yourself with such systems;
• willingness to work in our 2-shift system.
