Move forward as Warehouse Teamleader at DSV in ‘s-Heerenberg

Are you the natural logistics teamleader who brings structure to the dynamics of a large multi-client warehouse? Can you effortlessly switch between different customer interests and get the best out of your team? Then we are looking for you.

As a warehouse teamleader, you are one of the driving forces within the DSV team in ‘s-Heerenberg. The daily management of your team is based on agreed customer targets, internal standards and, of course, various KPIs: You’re on it.

How you do this? You are the colleague our supervisor can always rely on. You have a clear overview of everything happening within our warehouse. Because we work for multiple clients, you ensure that every parcel, pallet and order is processed on time and without errors. You achieve this by:

• dividing daily operational activities and acting as the first point of contact for 15 to 30 colleagues;
• identifying deviations and disruptions in a timely manner;
• providing input for improvement projects focused on processes and procedures;
• ensuring compliance with legal, company and safety regulations;
• being deployable across both inbound and outbound processes to create optimal flexibility within the team.

You bring

• at least 2 years of proven leadership experience within a logistics 3PL environment, preferably in a multi-client warehouse;
• willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule of 06:00 – 15:00 / 10:00 – 19:00 or 06:00 – 15:00 / 15:00 – 24:00;
• good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
• you are a motivator who inspires employees and connects them to departmental goals.
