A department focusing on green energy transport
In Renewable Energy, we specialise in first-class wind turbine transport solutions for our customers. We are currently expanding – and we have more than 100 projects waiting to be executed by you and your new colleagues. 

You will join our Project Management team of 6 colleagues in an identical role. Moreover, you become part of an international department of 25+ colleagues across numerous countries. The department is based in Aarhus, Denmark, but for the right candidate we are open for other locations in Northern Europe.

Manage shipping projects
You will have full scope project responsibility, overseeing the execution of complex wind turbine transport projects and ensuring delivery according to budget, time schedules and other customer demands.

Your main activities will be customer meetings, pre-planning activities to ensure as smooth a transport process as possible and follow-ups with external and internal stakeholders as well as supplier selection. Specifically, you will:

-    Facilitate and participate in project meetings with clients and colleagues in North & Central Europe
-    Coordinate transports with operational colleagues and transport suppliers
-    Perform supplier awarding and negotiations
-    Have P&L project responsibility and plan the projects according to the customer’s KPI’s
-    Provide ongoing status reporting and project evaluations
-    Visit and inspect sites
 

Do you have experience with complex transport projects?
You have the skills necessary to interface and ensure a smooth collaboration with freight forwarders, suppliers and customers on a daily basis. Likewise, you utilise your analytical abilities to assess and interpret information and think three steps ahead on the customer’s behalf. 

Moreover, you can thrive in a dynamic environment with cancellations and changing requirements – while still meeting schedules and procedures.

Lastly, you:
-    Bring experience managing complex projects within transport and logistics, ideally turbines
-    Can communicate effectively and convincingly in English – Danish language skills is an advantage
