Logistics Coordinator, Air & Sea Logistics

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating with the site operations team.
2. Coordinating the efficient and safe operation of the yard by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
3. Keeping accurate records and documentation of yard activities.
4. Ensuring team availability for operations.
5. Updating daily reports related to operation.
6. Sending the daily activities report to manager.
7. Ensuring that the team follows the safety rules and regulations.
8. Managing total task in hand, completion date and work under progress.
9. Performing any other tasks that may be assigned by the manager from time to time to meet business exigencies.

Qualifications & Characteristics:

Education – Bachelor degree

Work Experience –  2  years of experience in Logistics industry

Specific Skills –

• Bilingual is preferable
• Communication Skills (Spoken and Written)
• Planning Skills and Team Management skills
• Organization Skills
• Problem Solving Skills
• Able to work independently.
• Result Oriented
