P&O Specialist, Talent Acquisition

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers.
  2. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirement and competencies.
  3. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, networking and referrals.
  4. Conduct initial interviews with shortlisted applicants ensuring that only qualified candidates progress to the next stage.
  5. Arrange and schedule interviews between candidates and relevant hiring teams.
  6. Prepare and issue offer letters, and handle compensation negotiation when required.
  7. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  8. Facilitate the induction program for new joiners.
  9. Maintaining and updating the recruitment tracker.
  10. Prepare, analyse and present recruitment reports and dashboards to provide insights on hiring progress, timelines, and key recruitment metrics.

Qualifications & Characteristics:

Education – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
Work Experience – 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in the UAE).

Specific Skills:

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
•Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
•Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
