 We’re looking for an experienced Freight Forwarder-Export Sea Operator to join our team in Sydney. The position is responsible for arranging and directing the transportation and shipment of export consignments from origin to destination by compiling, completing and verifying required documents in accordance with company policy and procedure and external body regulations.

Your typical day at DSV:

• Ensure export sea consignments are processed to meet customer expectations and designated KPIs
• Work together with Export Sea team to ensure quality and accuracy of work delivered
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships with DSV customers (internal and external), suppliers and service providers both locally and overseas.
• Ability to problem solve Export issues with a range of stakeholders including but not to limited: airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, co-loaders and customers.
• Enter data into CW1, accurately and in a timely manner
• Plan and prioritize export shipments from the Export Workbench to achieve milestone requirements, designated KPIs and deadlines.

About you:

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a shared mailbox effectively. 
• Good written communication and professional email etiquette.
• A proactive mindset with confidence in following up with carriers and origin partners.
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn freight forwarding systems and processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and escalate issues when needed. 
• Expeirence using CargoWise
• Relevant industry regulations: RACA, IATA, Dangerous Goods
