Do you thrive on partnering with leaders, building workforce capability, and driving meaningful change? We’re looking for an experienced People & Organisation Business Partner to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne and play a key role in shaping our people and business strategy.

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategy with business objectives to strengthen workforce capability and drive performance. You will play a key role in delivering effective change management initiatives, supporting organisational transformation, and enabling leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams.

Your typical day at DSV:

• Partner with DSV Air & Sea leaders to deliver impactful people outcomes across the employee lifecycle, strengthening workforce capability and creating a positive, high-performing culture

• Build strong, trusted relationships across the business, providing timely, commercially focused advice that supports smart decision-making

• Take the lead on employee and industrial relations matters, managing investigations, performance, and complex cases with confidence and fairness

• Be the go-to P&O partner for leaders, offering practical guidance on workforce planning, engagement, organisational effectiveness, and change initiatives

• Drive people strategies that power business success, including talent attraction, development, and succession planning, backed by meaningful data insights

• Coach and empower leaders, champion continuous learning, and play a key role in organisational change, transformation, and broader P&O initiatives

• This role includes occasional travel and the opportunity to collaborate across global teams and time zones.

About you:

• Proven experience in a People & Organisation/HR role, ideally within an agile environment and/or similar industry.

• Demonstrated ability to support diverse workforces (blue- and white-collar) and partner effectively with leaders at all levels.

• Previous experience delivering training and development programs.

• Influencing skills and strong communication skills.

• Building and maintaining relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently/autonomously and take responsibility, managing the balance between local and regional/global business requirements.
