Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Executive Role

• Gain extensive knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the Road services within transport/logistics/freight forwarding processes
• Identifying customers needs and  building up the ideal proposal for their supply chain
• Provide a first class customer experience
• Meet set out sales KPIs
• Actively create opportunities and secure profitable business for the growth of the company
• Generate business leads by creatively approaching new customers
• Ensure follow up on existing and new customers
• CRM Management

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive or relevant role (2-3 years at least) in Road services within transport/logistics/freight forwarding
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Understanding of marketing, sales & negotiating techniques
• Fast learner & passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

• Business English (written/spoken)
• University Degree (Business or relevant) is nice to have
