Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, planning, and implementing supply chain strategies to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The position requires a strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and data analysis.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Formulate plans to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve delivery times to ensure timely replenishment and minimize stockouts
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate logistics and transportation operations
- Evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans
- Present reports and recommendations to management on supply chain performance, trends, and forecasts
- Utilize supply chain management software and tools to support data analysis and decision-making
- Participate in supply chain process improvement projects and initiatives
Educational background / Work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related field
- Experience with data analysis and supply chain modeling
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of supply chain management concepts and practices
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the transportation and logistics industry
Language skills
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
Computer Literacy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with supply chain management software and tools

For this position, the expected base pay range is $65,520 - $81,900 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
