The Logisitics Coordinator is responsible for processing domestic shipments while coordinating and maintaining a high level of excellent customer service. The goal will be to achieve high accuracy through our forwarding systems & TMS system to ensure high productivity and operational excellence. 


  • Responsible for communicating information and instructions to/from vendors
  • Coordinate shipments between customers, vendors, warehouses, carriers and internal branches.
  • Track and trace shipments to ensure service commitments are met. 
  • Review and determine method of distribution (ground vs air) based on service parameters and size of cartons.
  • Coordinate with merchandisers, vendors and carriers to develop and ensure efficient and cost effective supply chain solutions for the flow of merchandise to the down line stores
  • Manage and monitor all customer service calls from customer and maintain feedback to help develop new and more effective logistics solutions. 
  • Negotiate transportation / distribution rates with suppliers. 
  • Assist with the auditing and processing of freight bills.
  • Validate Billing
  • Responsible for confirming credit status
  • Generate invoice
  • Other duties as assigned by management
