Job Posting Title: Remote Security Manager

Position Summary
The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing and enforcing security policies, protocols, and compliance requirements for the organization, with a strong focus on auditing the client-mandated security program. This role requires a highly organized, self-motivated, and disciplined professional capable of supporting security operations across various remote sites. The manager will spend a significant portion of their time traveling to perform on-site assessments and ensure adherence to all mandated security standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
● Program Auditing & Compliance:
- Execute, and document a schedule of routine and random on-site security audits to assess compliance with the client-mandated security program.
- Identify and document security control deficiencies, non-compliance issues, and procedural gaps during audits.
- Support and manage corrective actions with site leadership to resolve audit findings, tracking them through assigned client-based programs (buganizer).
● Incident Response:
- Assist in the investigation, reporting and resolution of security incidents and breaches at client sites.
- Ensure all incidents are documented, reported, and managed according to established client protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate security, loss prevention, or security auditing, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., WMS, MS Office Suite, Google Suite).
Certificates & Licenses: (NA)
Language Skills
- English (reading, writing, verbal)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills including the ability to present complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
Other Skills
- Travel when necessary; can be up to 50%.

The employee uses computer and telephone equipment. Specific vision requirements of this job include close vision and distance vision. Must be able to travel by plane and automobile.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $96,000.00 – $125,000.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
