POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate I, Operations Support, supports new business implementations and operational continuity across multiple sites. This position operates under the direct guidance of a Senior Team member, with more than 50% of oversight and mentorship provided to ensure success.
The Associate I partners with engineering to develop detailed process flows and layout plans, participates in performance improvement and crisis management support, and attends operational reviews for RFPs and implementation tollgates. Partner in hyper-care support for relocations, application migrations, and new launches, while helping to manage UAT and volume stress testing. This role serves in flexible operational support capacities to maintain continuity during hiring gaps or backfill transitions, and actively engages in DQP sessions and cross-functional planning forums to gain experience and contribute to successful outcomes.
As part of the DSV team, associates are expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, and quality. Associates are expected to comply with all corporate and site-specific policies.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Eperience: 0 to 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or program management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with process engineering, operational enablement, or system testing preferred.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus.
- Partner with team members to build capability and ensure continuity.
OTHER DUTIES
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
