Recruitment:

  1. Responsible for the administrational support of the whole employee life cycle:
  2. Entry administration including offers, employment contracts and permits
  3. Assist the relocation process for new staff / leaving employees
  4. Responsible for the On Boarding Program for new hires, organization and tracking of probation period discussion
  5. Termination and exit documentation (reference letters etc.)
  6. Prepare, manage and administer the respective personnel files
  7. Coordination with Student trainees process

 

HR Responsible for location and General Administrative tasks:

  1. Monitoring access control system, time attendance and leave application as a support to Senior/HR Specialist - Payroll
  2. Coordinate but not as a lead, if need, for administrative work of each HR function such as collect paperwork, filing, etc for assigned location.
  3. Manage HR Staffs record and report as per assigned location
  4. Assist with the arrangements for organizational training as need for assigned location
  5. Facilitate/Coordinate the internal and external training for assigned location
  6. General HR Admin tasks and HR project support

QHSE Management Systems, Responsibilities

 

  1. Implement QHSE Management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) and associated arrangements
  2. Accountable for the supervision and monitoring of day to day QHSE activities
  3. Take precautions on QHSE and bringing concerns to the attention of management and the QHSE Manager
  4. Consultation and participation with employees and other parties on QHSE matters for continual improvement
