Job Functions - Principal Accountabilities:

  • Develop an industry focused business plan which needs to be aligned with Global target setting of Oil & Gas.
  • Closely liaise with GKAM’s/RKAM’s to ensure industry focused target alignment at all times.
  • Identify new market trends within Thailand which may demand new services and products.
  • Identify new accounts within Thailand.
  • Execute and control the sales activities in line with the validated sales plan
  • Assure successful account integration to Operations and Customer Service 
  • Share information using sales-support tools (Dynamic)
  • Assure compliance with the sales process.
  • Manage a favourable commercial relationship with assigned account that will promote customer satisfaction, business growth and profitability.
  • Ensure that all assigned accounts are managed and developed in line with the established corporate/regional strategies and all key performance indicators stipulated in the contract are fulfilled.
  • Conduct business reviews, analyse and identify business opportunities, potential risks and make appropriate recommendation to management.
  • Responsible for a smooth business implementation and handover of SOPs to operations and ongoing monitoring of compliance
  • Propose objectives for each assigned account(s)
  • Maintain continuous close collaboration with TM/Sales Support team to contribute in ‘Quality Improvement Process’ for all assigned accounts.
  • Upload a signed customer contract into Dynamic system for both new and renewal contracts.
  • Manage Oil & Gas Inside Sales to achieve department objectives.
  • Identify staffing and training requirements and provide training where appropriate to relevant staff to obtain the relevant skills and knowledge.
  • Identify talents and ensure constant development of staff to satisfy continuous demand of efficiency and professionalism.
  • Assist recruitment process for new Oil & Gas Inside Sales

 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Language: Fluent in Thai and English
  • Field of Experience: Min. 10 years in related fields
  • Specific Job Qualifications: 
    • Freight forwarding knowledge Air & Sea commercial / technical / engineering background /Industry experience.
    • Strong functional and commercial understanding of business environment especially in processes
    • Demonstrated sales and account management ability.
    • Comprehensive local market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment).
    • Industry Expertise in Oil & Gas – upstream / downstream business
    • Market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment) Ensure timely and accurate reporting to customers.
  • Computer Skills: Competent in MS Office
