Purpose of the position.
|
|
To drive Operational Excellence across the organization by enhancing operational performance, standardizing business processes, improving productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role is responsible for leading operational excellence initiatives, optimizing business processes, and ensuring sustainable improvements that support strategic objectives and long-term business growth.

Key Tasks
|
|
1. Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization
- Identify and drive improvement opportunities across warehouse and operational processes.
- Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize costs.
- Apply Lean methodologies and tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM, Standard Work, Visual Management, Root Cause Analysis) to improve operational performance.
- Conduct process mapping, workflow redesign, standardization, and time studies to improve efficiency.
2. Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and implement Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement projects.
- Support Global, Regional, and Country OE initiatives and ensure effective execution.
- Monitor project progress, risks, timelines, and benefits to achieve targeted outcomes.
3. Data Analytics & Performance Management
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Measure and validate improvement results against business objectives.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Capability Development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and problem-solving activities.
- Coach and support teams on Continuous Improvement methodologies and best practices.
5. Governance & Best Practice Implementation
- Ensure improvement initiatives align with company policies, standards, and business objectives.
- Support the deployment of Operational Excellence frameworks and industry best practices.
6. Other Responsibilities
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, and other Continuous Improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence and business performance.
2. Logistics & Supply Chain Operations Knowledge
- Solid understanding of logistics solutions, warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and industry best practices.
3. Business & Financial Acumen
- Ability to analyze operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, evaluate financial impacts, and develop business cases to support strategic decision-making.
4. Data Analytics & Performance Management
- Experience in process analysis, KPI development, productivity measurement, data interpretation, and performance monitoring to support continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvement projects, facilitate problem-solving activities, manage change, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.

1. Logistics, Industrial Engineering & Operations Expertise
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in logistics operations, industrial engineering, process improvement, and operational excellence.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or equivalent) to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and present ideas clearly.
4. Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify root causes, evaluate solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
5.Results Orientation & Attention to Detail
- Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on delivering sustainable improvements and achieving business objectives.

Educational background / Work experience
|
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Logistics Solutions, Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or Logistics Operations Management within warehouse, or supply chain environments.
- Hands-on experience in process improvement, productivity enhancement, operational excellence, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Experience in process mapping, workflow design, time and motion studies, work measurement, capacity planning, and performance analysis methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead improvement projects and deliver measurable business results.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or related Continuous Improvement certifications will be an advantage.
