Position Requirements

1. Thai citizen with Bachelor's degree

2. Good command of English and Thai

3. 3-5 years, preferably with working experience in a multinational freight forwarder for Oil & Gas, Projects and OOG.

4. Good knowledge of air / sea / customs brokerage/ inland trucking / cross border trucking / Oil & Gas tax exception privilege.

5. Good computer skills

Job Descriptions

1. Provide sales administrative support in relation to scheduling of sales meeting, preparation of sales collateral material, client & internal SOPs
2. Monitoring track and tracing all quotations to ensure “Quotation” folder is up-to-date
3. Contact potential Oil & Gas customers to qualify and process sales leads and credit applications.
4. Maintain customer tariffs, administrate necessary activities including rate revisions and schedules of Oil & Gas as well as Capital Projects market.
5. Generate and distribute (internal/external) reports as assigned by Manager.
6. Prepare quotations for DSV network and targeted accounts within the applicable pricing policy.
7. Ensuring of proper Job handing over to operations team, and promptly to support operations team when require.
8. Prepare costing and proposal documents to support Oil & Gas Tender activity.
9. Gathering all update Oil & Gas / Capital Projects news in Thailand from external source and provide summary report to Manager.
10. Support Oil & Gas Business Implementation.
11. Understand Petroleum Act 70, and other relevant privileges required for Oil & Gas activities in Thailand such as Freezone, Bonded, JDA, BOI etc.
12. HSE awareness and follow HSE regulation.
13. Others specific task as assignment by the management.
