The main role for this position is to focus on customer, quality and productivity within his/her branch. 


Key Tasks:

  • Responsibility for Branch EBIT;
  • Fulfill and exceed customer expectations by providing the highest possible service quality to the customers;
  • Optimize the transaction, increase sales and manage costs optimally;
  • Responsible for strong growth within the branch and maximal utilization of business potential;
  • Continuously strive for high productivity, competitive efficiency and best quality;
  • Each branch will continuously strive for maximum productivity to assume;
  • Fully adhere to all defined global processes, policies and standards and to local law;
  • Develop and expand customer relationships;
  • Responsible for the standardization of processes, structures and systems according to cluster management decision;
  • Arrange and continuously optimize organizational structures, including internal service providers, shared service and competence centres;
  • Increase overall productivity of the branch by implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities as well as employee training and career planning in cooperation with HR;
  • Ensure the adherence to instructions, policies and guidelines defined by cluster management decision and Group/Regional functions;
  • Ensure a regular and consistent information flow to the Cluster Management about all important matters.


Good ability to

  • Translate strategy into operational roadmaps, deploying resources efficiently while pushing for results;
  • Integrate and coordinate resource across functions and bounderism building and using networks, encouraging collaboration across borders, being open to outside input and sharing knowledge and expertise;
  • Focus on customer service as a core value, increasing operational efficiencies and setting and monitoring high standards of quality while taking necessary steps to retain and improve customer relationship;
  • Work under pressure and deal with tight deadlines with high energy and resilience.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Economics/Logistics.
  • Minimum 10 years of MNC freight forwarding industry experience.
  • Possess experience in people management and leadership. 
  • Educational qualifications can be compensated by working experience.
