职位描述概览：

作为陆地运输客户服务实习生，您将负责日常的货物运输安排与管理工作。这包括但不限于确保货物按时、安全地送达指定地点，以及处理与运输相关的各类事宜。您还需及时更新数据库和客户系统，确保信息的准确性和时效性。此外，您将与供应商和客户共同准备审查会议材料，并在遇到紧急情况时能够独立、有效地进行处理。

岗位职责：

1. 日常运输安排与管理：负责每日的货物运输计划制定与执行，确保运输过程顺畅无阻。

1. 数据更新与维护：及时更新数据库和客户系统，确保所有运输信息的准确性和完整性。

1. 会议材料准备：与供应商和客户合作，准备并整理审查会议所需的各类材料。

1. 紧急情况处理：在遇到紧急情况时，能够迅速做出判断并采取有效措施，确保问题得到及时解决。

1. 财务数据提交：每月准确提交财务数据，确保财务信息的准确性和完整性。

1. 项目跟进与汇报：及时跟进项目进展，并向团队领导汇报项目问题及任何需要关注的事项。

1. 办公软件应用：熟练掌握MS Office系列软件（如Word、Excel、PPT等），并愿意学习使用更多专业软件，如Power BI、VBA、CDA、Process On等。

1. 语言能力：流利使用英语和中文进行工作沟通和交流。

职位要求：

• 在校大三或大四本科学生或研究生，物流管理、交通运输、国际贸易等相关专业优先考虑。

• 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够积极应对工作中的挑战。

• 对数据敏感，具备较强的数据分析能力和解决问题的能力。
