You will be responsible for the implementation and optimization of our policy in the field of health & safety: you will contribute to it.
How will you do this? You are responsible for occupational safety within our logistics operation and are the point of contact for safe working practices. You identify bottlenecks, follow up on reports, consult with our customer and advise supervisors and management on improvements. You do all this at our client's site. You achieve this by:
- developing, advising and implementing the health & safety policy;
- from the RI&E, you make an action plan and take charge of the resulting projects;
- managing incidents and following up on all reports;
- initiating and/or participating in multidisciplinary teams in connection with drawing up and/or elaborating process descriptions, work instructions, control charts;
- translating relevant laws and regulations for a pragmatic approach in practice.

You bring
- hbo working and thinking level, supplemented by a specialisation in secondary safety science;
- relevant work experience and affinity with the health & safety aspect within a logistics or process organisation.
- command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
