Deine Tätigkeiten

• Operative Abwicklung von Seefracht Exportsendungen
• Korrespondenz mit nationalen und internationalen DSV Niederlassungen
• Auftragserfassung
• Eigenständige Auftragsabwicklung inkl. Abrechnung
• Kundenbetreuung
• Reklamationsbearbeitung
• Offertenerstellung für Ad-hoc Anfragen

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen (m/w/d)
• Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Seefrachtexporten zwingend notwendig
• Hohe kommunikative Kompetenz und Service- und Kundenorientierung
• Belastbarkeit, sicheres Zeitmanagement und Teamfähigkeit
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
