Control Tower Assistant
Bristol
Main Purpose of the role
DSV are recruiting for a Control Tower Assistant in Bristol. This role will ensure smooth operations by handling day-to-day irregularities, liaising with customers and suppliers, and maintaining compliance with security, safety, company, and environmental regulations.
What will you be doing?
- Responsible for tasks with medium-high complexity
- Handle day to day irregularities, escalating when appropriate.
- To provide an exceptional customer service, liaising with customers & suppliers
- Provide support for their team, completing additional tasks when required.
- Follow site SOPs and IOPs
- Compliance with security, safety, company and environmental regulations.
- Ensure compliance with agreed SLAs
- Manage end to end supply chain networks
- Ensure proactive monitoring, track and trace and escalation of supply chain risks are communicated and mitigated.
- Maintain accurate and timely operational data, systems and transport records ensuring cross system data integrity.
- To understand and provide accurate data for KPI monitoring, operational reporting and performance reviews.

- Be Flexible and adaptable
- Possess good analytical skills
- Logical thinking ability
- Excellent command of the English language
- Previous knowledge and be proficient in the use of MS Office
