We are looking for a Business Support Specialist, Road who will be reliable and punctual completing of all tasks in department being supplied for DSV road transport and forwarding departments in Europe and all over the world. Also, this person will be monitoring and reporting quantity and quality of tasks performed in team.
Responsibilities:

Completing tasks concerning road transport and forwarding for DSV branches and departments according to rules included in Business Process Description and Working Instructions.

Daily contact with DSV ISS customers in case of any problems, changes in existing processes.

Working on documentation for processes in department, as agreed with Team Leader and Business Process Owner.

Registering all time log in Outlook calendar and managing of data contained there.

Reporting to Team Leader any incidents that may have impact on processes, reporting eventual delays in processes.

Performing tasks in a timely manner.

Creating, where possible, any conveniences in daily work to achieve higher performance, based on existing tools and after confirmation with Team Leader.

Testing of new solutions implemented in supported processes.

Reporting for the purposes of DSV Group and to the superior.

Continuous learning and improving knowledge about existing processes, learning new tasks.

Training new employees in department and sharing knowledge.

Following internal rules settled in the team in terms of tasks and purpose of the position.

Performing other entrusted tasks related to the position.

Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection.

Requirements:

University Graduate (bachelor or master) or during studying (transport/ logistics preferable).

English- intermediate (or above).

MS Excel- basic (or above).
-
MS Word, MS Power Point- basic (or above).

Ability to work with large amounts of data at the same time.

Ability to prioritize tasks.

Proactive attitude identifying possible issues and corresponding solutions, including implementation of the solutions.

Ability to work effectively in a customer/service-driven environment, both individually and as a team player.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), for direct and/or virtual collaboration with team members or business partners.

Initiative spirit for continuous improvement of processes, quality, and efficiency.
