We are looking for a Credit Controller who will be responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable collection activities for a portfolio of strategic global customers. The role acts as the primary Finance point of contact for collection-related matters, ensuring timely payment collection, reducing overdue balances, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and driving resolution of issues impacting cash flow.

Your responsibilities:

• Management of collection activities for assigned global customer accounts.
• Follow-up on overdue invoices through email, calls with customers.
• Coordination with Operations, Billing, Credit Management, and local Finance teams.
• Escalation of critical overdue items and unresolved disputes.
• Monitoring payment promises and follow-up actions.
• Maintaining accurate collection notes and documentation in SAP/Fiori.
• Preparation and distribution of statements of account.
• Management of shared mailboxes and internal requests.
• Supporting process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and SLAs.
• Handling administrative activities with accuracy.
