快递及日常运营支持
- 监督快递服务安排及成本控制。
- 确保日常办公室运营顺畅,为业务团队提供支持。
设施及费用管理
- 监控并核实办公相关费用,包括租金、物业费、水电费等。
- 跟踪每月行政成本,并提供成本差异的基本分析。
- 识别异常费用并及时上报。
合规及流程支持
- 确保所有行政活动符合公司政策及当地法规。
- 支持合同跟踪及文档管理。
跨部门协调
- 与财务、采购及相关团队紧密合作,确保高效运营及成本透明。
