工作职责

1. 完成销售业绩指标

2. 协同西部各分公司，拓展陆运业务的存量及潜在客户，业务范围涵盖国内公路运输、亚洲陆桥、欧亚陆桥，挖掘并促成运输合作订单

3. 按月 / 季度完成签约目标与实际营收指标

4. 坚持日常及周期性电话拓客、客户登门拜访

5. 保证每周、每月产出有效询价及业务咨询线索

6. 持续维护销售线索池与销售管理系统，保障数据质量

具体工作内容

1. 统筹全流程业务开发工作

2. 对接客户，维护良好的客户及企业合作关系

3. 负责报价制定与商务分析

4. 制作业务方案与合作提案

5. 紧密配合各分公司一线销售团队，拓展陆运业务，助力业绩增长

6. 主动挖掘潜在客户，结合客户需求推送业务方案，搭建长期合作关系

具备优秀的沟通能力与人际交往能力

从业经验及综合素质要求

1. 工作积极热情、有进取心，结果导向，能够承受工作压力

2. 3年物流 / 运输行业销售经验优先；

3. 具备第三方物流合同管理、运输运营相关工作经历

4. 熟悉本地物流市场，能承受业绩压力，目标感强；

5. 适应以客户为中心、讲求时效的工作节奏，高效完成各项工作

6. 拥有自有销售渠道及客户资源者优先
