General Responsibilities 主要工作职责 

Follows OP IOP to ensure the smoothness of cargo movement.    

按照操作规范要求完成货物顺利运输需要的相关操作 

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责 

On receiving pre-alert or pre-shipment info., initials the preparation and ensure the implementation of the operation for to-port/to-door term shipments, as per to FIA IOP and the relevant client IOP.  

自收到货物预报或者启运信息后，及时与相关方联络，按照FIA IOP和相关客户的SOP 完成操作。 

Lead and coordinate the communication between the client and PVG coordinators, for clearance issue and delivery arrangement.  

就报关和送货，负责协调机场与客户之间的相关联络。 

Conduct the sufficient communication with the overseas about the issue of both operation and accounting.  

就操作或费用事宜，与海外进行有效沟通 

Verify the costs from subcontractors, as per to the agreed rate, with high cost conscious. 

按合同报价确认成本，作好成本控制。 

Ensure the data quality in GEE/DTT.  

保证系统数据正确及时录入。 

Complete the report in line with the relevant client SOP.  

按照操作要求，完成并及时提交相关报告。 

Be help desk to answer operation questions from external and internal general customers .   

就内外部客户提出的有关操作一般问题进行答复。 

Handle complaints and claims from customers and to co-ordinate exceptional cases with agents.  

处理一般投诉、索赔和特殊意外事件。 

Timely escalation the issue/problem to the relevant account owner/superior.  

对于不能处理的事情，及时告知相关A/O，或向上级汇报。 

Other tasks from the superior.
