Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责

Follow local SOPs with shippers/consignees for the business执行与发货方/收货方本地标准化操作流程(SOP)Provide quotations of charges to shippers/consignees for the business where necessary. Handle customer inquiry via phone, e-mail and face to face meeting针对业务，向发货方/收货方提供费用报价单， 通过电话、邮件及面谈等多渠道处理客户咨询Check and verify documents (perform due diligence) to ensure full compliance with DSV internal standards and customer requirements (SOP)核查单证文件（履行尽职调查），确保完全符合DSV内部标准及客户SOP要求Carry out approved proposed improvement / changes on procedures and systems made by supervisors, Execute the shipment booking by following the SOP and quotation执行经主管批准的流程及系统改进方案，严格遵循SOP及报价单要求执行货运订舱操作Inform supervisors of any irregularities or problems that require assistance and to feedback on subcontractors’ standards and services就需协助的异常情况或问题及时上报主管，并反馈分包商服务标准执行情况Handles customers’ inquiries, complaints, claims follow up, verify credit terms and credit status, and coordinate with departments concerned on related issues, Feedback pre-claim details and status to customers处理客户问询、投诉、索赔跟进，核实信用条款及资信状况，协调相关部门解决关联问题，向客户预先通报索赔详情及处理进度Prepare customers’ statistics and reports upon request, Process and create documents including but not limited to waybills, warehouse advise, trucking orders, invoices and other docs which requested by customers按要求编制客户数据统计报表， 处理并制作包括但不限于提单、入库通知、运输订单、发票等客户要求的文件Invoicing / verification and posting of incoming invoices, Job costing发票开具/核验及应付账款登记，作业成本核算Update Track and Trace systems, send shipping advice to overseas stations更新货物追踪系统，向海外站点发送装运通知Take up additional tasks as assigned, back up for other team members when necessary完成上级指派的其他任务， 必要时为团队成员提供工作备份支持

Education & Working Experience 教育背景及工作经验

College degree or above, major in related is preferable. 大专以上学历，物流相关专业优先。 2 years above working experience in our industry, the background of global forwarder experience is preferable.  两年以上相关工作经验，有国际货代背景优先。 

Skills & Knowledge 技能与知识

Knowledge in freight forwarding and logistics. Knowledge of business processes具备货运代理和物流方面的知识，了解业务流程Know how in air / ocean / logistics / SCM了解空运/海运/物流/供应链管理Skillful of PC & Internet, Good command of Mandarin and English熟练使用电脑和互联网，普通话，英语流利Software Skills: PPT, Excel, Word软件技能：PPT, Excel, Word
