岗位职责

1. 负责空运进出口业务相关单证的准备、审核及整理，包括订舱及申报相关文件，确保单证准确、完整；
2. 根据业务需求完成航空公司订舱安排，并及时跟进订舱及货物运输进展；
3. 负责相关单证的交接、核对及归档，确保信息及文件准确无误；
4. 负责航空运输相关证书的申请及跟进；
5. 核查海关正式申报单中的各项数据，确保申报信息的准确性和完整性；
6. 就报关及申报相关事项与内部操作团队保持及时沟通，协调解决操作过程中出现的问题；
7. 负责日常业务报表及相关数据的检查，及时发现并跟进异常情况；
8. 与进出口业务团队、机场仓库及其他相关方保持有效沟通与协调，确保货物操作及运输流程顺畅；
9. 完成与空运现场操作相关的其他日常工作。

任职要求

1. 大专及以上学历，物流、国际贸易、供应链等相关专业优先；
2. 3年以上空运、国际货运代理或机场现场操作相关工作经验；
3. 熟悉空运现场操作流程，对订舱、单证、报关申报及机场仓库操作有一定了解；
4. 能够适应机场现场的工作环境及工作节奏；
5. 能够根据业务需要接受一定程度的加班安排。
