Job Responsibilities:

1. Reasonably arrange the daily production tasks according to the volume of customer orders and inform the shift leader of the daily work plan. 根据客户订单量合理安排每日生产任务，并向当班组长通报每日工作计划。
2. Allocate house air waybills according to the forwarder and the delivery address of customer orders. 根据货运代理及客户订单的收货地址，分配内部空运提单（分运单）。
3. Notify the pickers and material handlers to process the goods as per the customer's requirements. 通知拣货员和物料员按照客户要求处理货物。
4. Report the cargo quality issues and operation system problems to the shift leader and relevant team members. Meanwhile, assist the operators in investigating the root causes and coming up with solutions. 向当班组长及相关团队成员汇报货物质量问题和操作系统问题，同时协助操作人员调查根本原因并提出解决方案。
5. Swiftly handle all the problems that material handlers encounter during operation. Special issues need to be reported to the shift leader or the customer service supervisor. 快速处理物料员在操作中遇到的各种问题。特殊问题需向当班组长或客服主管汇报。
6. Assist the customer service supervisor and the shift leader in handling daily affairs and complete the work tasks assigned by them. 协助客服主管和当班组长处理日常事务，并完成他们分配的工作任务。
7. Check whether the information on the shipping documents is consistent with that in the SAP system. If so, the document controller shall hand over the shipping documents to the members of the outbound team. 检查出货文件上的信息与SAP系统中的信息是否一致。若一致，需将出货文件移交给出库团队成员。
8. Timely save the relevant data after the completion of daily orders and send the reports to the relevant personnel. 每日订单完成后及时保存相关数据，并将报告发送给相关人员。
9. Update the WMS system in a timely manner after the goods are dispatched. 货物发运后及时更新WMS系统。
10. Archive the relevant documents of the day. 将当天的相关文件进行归档。
11. Be responsible for warehouse inventory management and provide technical and data support for other warehouse - related systems, such as the ACR project. 负责仓库库存管理，并为其他仓库相关系统（如ACR项目）提供技术和数据支持。

Skill Requirements: 

1. College diploma or above, with a preference for majors in logistics or supply chain management. 大专及以上学历，物流或供应链管理专业优先。
2. At least 1 years of working experience in large - and medium - sized logistics enterprises. 具有1年以上大中型物流企业工作经验。
3. Those with experience in operating the SAP system are preferred. 有SAP系统操作经验者优先。
4. Be proficient in the operation of Microsoft Office software such as Excel and Word. 熟练操作Excel、Word等Microsoft Office软件。
5. Have a strong sense of teamwork, loyalty, and flexible thinking. 具有强烈的团队合作精神、忠诚度和灵活的思维。
6. Have good English and Mandarin reading, writing, and speaking skills. 良好的英语和普通话读写及口语能力。
