Responsible for developing and achieving Gross profits & Growth targets via competitive strategy & product differentiation on all service offerings of LCL & door-door through Carrier / Co-loader management & stakeholders.

This role has a team for which it is responsible & functionally reports to the Head – Sea Frieght, Export  

• To develop and design the DSV network to best support LCL strategy.
• To develop, manage and maintain product performance via product development, pricing & subcontractor management.
• To ensure LCL Product Strategy geared to reach profitable and sustainable growth and margin targets aligned to DSV Product budgets.
• To develop and define LCL products, service specifications and respective expectations aligned to Product Strategy as well as to Sales Strategies of Industry Verticals & Trade lanes.
• To optimize the Cost of Sales for Ocean Freight LCL from CFS to CFS
• To execute the Sea Freight policies, standards and guidelines at Country level.
