Twój zakres obowiązków:

• Obsługa kluczowych klientów transportu lotniczego w dziale importu
• Aranżowanie całego procesu transportu lotniczego (bookingi, zlecenia dla przewoźników i innych podwykonawców)
• Współpraca z klientami, partnerami, podwykonawcami
• Wystawianie faktur sprzedaży i alokacja kosztów za wykonaną usługę
• Utrzymanie i kontrola wskaźników jakościowych
• Obsługa bieżących zapytań ofertowych z sieci DSV
• Kontrola płatności i podejmowanie działań windykacyjnych
   

Nasze wymagania:

• Min. 2 letnie doświadczenie zawodowe w pracy na podobnym stanowisku
• Posiadasz minimum średnie wykształcenie
• Znasz zagadnienia i dokumentację związane z transportem lotniczym
• Dobrze znasz język angielski
• Praktycznie posługujesz się komputerem, szczególnie w zakresie MS Office
• Masz zdolności interpersonalne i umiejętność komunikacji oraz pracy w zespole
• Doskonale organizujesz swój czas pracy
• Jesteś osobą samodzielną, sumienną i dokładną a także odporną na stres
