Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责

 

  • New Business Development: Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.

新业务开发:研究和识别新的商业机会,包括新市场、增长领域、趋势、客户、产品和服务。

  • Continuously build up a strong sales pipeline using (MSD) to meet sales growth and KPIs guided from the company.

使用Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) 不断建立强大的销售机会并加以管理,以实现公司指导的销售增长预期指标和各项考核指标。

  • Engage in cold calling and customer engagement to increase leads and potential sales contacts.

  • Customer Retention: Develop and implement customer retention to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring they receive high-quality service in close collaboration with operations internally.

  • Business Expansion: Analyze assigned existing accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  • Work closely with the product teams to tailor offerings to meet the accounts needs and capitalize on expansion opportunities.

  • Collaboration and Networking: Collaborate with internal teams; including marketing, tender, products, branch and The Red Carpet Service team to align on business strategies and goals.
