Job Posting Title: Business Change Manager, Data Quality

Position Summary
The Business Change Manager, Data Quality is responsible for driving Data Quality performance and KPI compliance across North America.
The role focuses on improving data quality KPIs through performance monitoring, root cause analysis, training, and support. The position works closely with branch managers and operational teams to ensure consistent execution of Data Quality standards aligned with regional and global frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
1. KPI Performance & Data Quality Management
- Monitor and drive performance across Data Quality KPIs
- Analyze performance trends and identify root causes of data quality gaps
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to branch and regional leadership
- Ensure follow-up and accountability on KPI performance across North America
2. Operational Support
- Act as subject matter expert on Data Quality processes and data compliance
- Support branches in resolving Data Quality issues through structured follow-up
- Identify recurring error patterns and implement corrective actions
- Promote adherence to TMS usage standards and best practices
3. Training & Onsite Support (Canada Focus)
- Deliver onsite and remote Data Quality and KPI training sessions across North
America
- Provide hands-on support to managers and operational teams
- Identify training needs and develop targeted training plans
- Maintain and update training materials and user guides
4. Reporting & Analytics
- Utilize Power BI, DQA and other tools to monitor Data Quality performance
- Support development and maintenance of KPI dashboards and reports
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of Data Quality reporting
- Enable operations teams to effectively interpret and use performance data
5. Continuous Improvement
- Identify and lead initiatives to improve Data Quality and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with operational staff and global stakeholders on improvement initiatives
- Support implementation of new tools, processes, and global programs
- Contribute to strengthening Data Quality culture across operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, operations, or operational excellence
- Strong understanding of Data Quality principles and KPI management
- Experience working with CargoWise One and/or Tango
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid understanding of freight forwarding operations
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience delivering training to operational teams
- Structured and detail-oriented approach
- Proactive and self-driven
Technical Skills
- Proficient CargoWise One and/or Tango
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Travel Requirements
- Occasional travel within North America (Canada, U.S. & Puerto Rico) to deliver onsite
training and operational support.
- Travel is anticipated approximately every other month, typically for 3–5 days at a
time.

For this position, the expected base pay is: $83,000 - 100,000 / Annual. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, geographic location and other objective business considerations. This position can report to any of our DSV locations or can also be virtual.
