This is a temporary role with an expected duration of 3-4 months.
Overview of the role
DSV is seeking a temporary Marketing Assistant who will be responsible for supporting our marketing and internal branding activities across the U.S. This role focuses on internal branding, content creation, and vendor relations, playing a key part in bringing the DSV brand to life within the organization. The role will coordinate day-to-day marketing initiatives, develop engaging content, and assist with events that strengthen our brand.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day marketing activities, project tracking, and administrative tasks
- Support marketing campaign execution and activation
- Coordinate promotional product vendor relationships and manage quality or shipping issues
- Provide logistical support for events, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Create marketing collateral including flyers, presentations, and promotional materials
- Assist with content creation for social media and internal news stories
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing team
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Clear written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience (or strong internships) in marketing, journalism communications, or a related field
Language Skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
For this position, the expected base pay range is $23.00 – $29.00 .
This temporary role will be eligible for sick time, accrued each pay period. No other beneifts will be offered.
