We are in search of a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer who will play a crucial role in shaping the future of DSV's Quality Assurance. This role involves ensuring that our QA processes are robust, secure, and scalable enough to manage the complexities of an ever-evolving global environment. Our goal is to consistently deploy flawless solutions. To excel in this position, you must possess strong problem-solving abilities, excel in critical analysis, and demonstrate a talent for devising optimal solutions to intricate challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities: 
As a member of the Quality Assurance team in Road IT, your role will be pivotal in crafting and executing effective test protocols to ensure flawless releases of our TMS system. Additionally, you will be instrumental in the creation and deployment of automated systems and procedures, aiming to improve efficiency and reliability across our organization

•    Identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility for various business processes and systems .
•    Actively take part in requirement gathering of the complex requests that come in our QA pipeline. 
•    Create and maintain automation scripts, frameworks and tools using programming languages and automation frameworks such as Selenium, Rest Assured etc.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, quality assurance professionals and project managers to gather functional and non-functional requirements and ensure all of them have passed through the required quality gates before release.
•    Integrate the Automation scripts into the CI/CD pipelines schedule them accordingly.
•    Setup automated Test Data Management framework
•    Conduct knowledge sharing sessions within the team.

Required Experience: 

•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
•    Strong Programming and scripting skills with proficiency in languages such as Java , Python or similar.
•    Proven experience with developing and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium , Robot Framework , Rest Assured, TestNG etc.
•    Familiarity with Software Development Cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies such as Agile or Devops
•    Excellent proven track record in requirement gathering, analysing complex functional requirements, and providing optimal QA solution.
•    Experience with continuous Integration and deployment tools like Jenkins, Git or similar.
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross teams and provide technical support.

Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you possess the following qualifications
•    Experience of working in supply chain management domain.
•    Familiarity with Service Virtualization .

•    Ability to proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships.
•    Ability to be a strong team player, as well as the ability to effectively influence technical teams.

•    Ability to evaluate information, identify key issues and formulate conclusions based on sound, practical judgment, experience, and common sense.
•    Ability to deliver to and successfully manage stakeholder expectations while working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, budgets, and resources.
•     Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management and communication skills
