REQUIREMENTS:

• Mandatory Experience with Warehouse management solution (Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS)
• Good knowledge of and experience with relational databases, SQL and PL SQL
• Knowledge of infrastructure landscapes, proficient in Unix/Linux commands
• Expert in Shell scripting
• Able to understand, formulate and challenge functional specifications from business.
• Superior and practical application/API design and background in programming skills (C# or Java or Python).
• Proven ability to integrate WMS with external application using APIs or Webservices
• Demonstrate thoroughness in system design and system testing with a minimum supervision.
• Experience in the supply chain domain and project implementation.

Nice to Have

• Able to set up and maintain pipeline scripts, such as Jenkins/groovy.
• Experience with cloud-native common platform tools and microservices.
• General knowledge of working with different 3rd party SW providers.
• Knowledge on systems life cycle, covering functional and technical solution design, architecture design.

Minimal work experience

• 7+ years professional experience in a transportation, logistics or supply chain management related role, preferably within the 3PL industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess and design critical monitoring and self-healing processes on WMS.
• Drive towards ensuring the stability and reliability of production applications by proactively addressing and resolving root causes of incidents.
• Collaborate with other relevant DSV departments to support the delivery of business requirements with the standard DSV warehouse systems solutions and identify solutions for potential gaps.
• Conduct IT Solution Reviews to maximize coding standardization and reusing existing solutions
• Implement automated testing and deployments for WMS solution
• Continuous improvement of the standard warehouse solutions for faster implementation within the regional sites and support the creation of further regional and global standard solutions in the logistics space together with the other regional and global teams.
• Maintain and develop the WMS and surrounding applications with high focus on standardization and code reusability, clear and understandable documentation.

• Research new opportunities for increasing productivity and growing profit within the function of WMS system. Collaborate with DSV ITO teams and solutions IT team in delivering those functionalities
