Purpose of the position

To Target and close the top accounts operating in Bangladesh with big volumes.

  • Identification of top revenue accounts.
  • The profile includes the focus on Global and Key accounts.
  • Closing the account as per the pre-fixed deadlines.
  • Maintaining the Account as a relationship manager
  • Outstanding Collections in time.
  • Achievement of Budgeted GP & Volumes
  • To facilitate team members to generate business by making joint calls with them.

 

Key Tasks

Business Development

  • Identification of top revenue accounts.
  • The profile includes the focus on Global and Key accounts.
  • Closing the account as per the pre-fixed deadlines.
  • Maintaining the Account as a relationship manager.
  • Outstanding Collections in time.
  • Development of Interpersonal relationship with other departments staffs like operations and Finance etc.

Decision authority as delegated by the Head – Sales/Country Management, in accordance with DSV regulations

  • Good knowledge of our products and the global trade lanes

Educational background / Work experience

  • 10-12 years of work experience.
  • Gathering and analyzing of market data (various industries)
  • Worked in an international company within a matrix organization
  • MBA or Equivalent

Language Skills

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Computer Literacy

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft® Office Software (Excel®, Word, PowerPoint® and others)
  • Good knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools, Microsoft Dynamic Tools
