Together with your colleagues from our European Control Tower, you ensure that the customer implementation process is as smooth as possible. Also, you do your best effort to strengthen our clients satisfaction and expand our partnership. You are on it.
How you do this? By being in daily contact with our international clients. They reach out to you to ensure their road transport shipments arrive on time and without issues at their destination. For you, that means action! You coordinate with planning and cross-dock colleagues and liaise with other DSV locations to keep road transport running smoothly.

You achieve this by:
 

• maintaining contact with customers and internal departments;
• handling complaints or claims and processing related logistics administration in our system (Cargolink);
• identifying deviations in road transport, analyzing bottlenecks and providing solutions;
• recognizing business opportunities and developing them further.

You bring
 

• a passion for road transport and a desire to further develop your skills in this field;
• work experience in road transport, such as a role as a customer service representative, transport planner, logistics coordinator, or another customer-focused position;
• a solution-oriented mindset; you enjoy collaborating with colleagues and making sure the job gets done;
• proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
