Move forward as Freight Forwarder Export Ocean LCL at DSV in Dordrecht

You get it done
Together with 13 colleagues, you ensure that our customers in industries such as retail, automotive, and healthcare experience optimal export services. So, no broken logistics chains, but rather your own client portfolio and the freedom to carry out your work comfortably from A to Z. From booking to finalizing a file and invoicing: You are on it.
 

How you do this? By processing incoming orders, data entry via Cargowise, searching for the most favorable sea freight rates, consolidating cargo, maintaining customer contact and ensuring timely delivery. You achieve this by: 
 

• processing customer requests into bookings with co-loaders, gateways, and carriers; 
• preparing export documentation, shipping instructions, and keeping your files in order;
• calling and emailing your customers to share track-and-trace information or resolve any delivery issues.

You bring

• an energetic work attitude and a good sense of humor;
• mbo work and thinking level, with good proficiency in Dutch (B1) and English;
• work experience focused on sea freight import or export activities;
• no experience with lcl but worked with organising sea freight transport? We still encourage you to apply, we are more than happy to teach you all the ins and outs of the job.
