Move forward as Planner Road Transport at DSV in Dordrecht
We are looking for a planner who can effortlessly manage road transport to Norway and Finland. In this role, you’ll have the freedom to coordinate pricing, loading metres, and pallets based on customer requirements. Join a dynamic team and face new challenges every day!

You get it done
Every day, you and your colleagues plan a variety of shipments, from food products to high-tech goods, with our DSV trailers to Scandinavia. You’re on it.

You’ll organise the right trailers, book ferries, and maintain close contact with our colleagues in Finland and Norway. At the same time, you ensure that your Dutch customers are always up to date on the transport process. Alongside your colleagues, you work tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly. You achieve this by:

• accepting and processing bookings in the DSV system;
• maintaining phone and email contact with customers and colleagues, both in Dordrecht and Scandinavia;
• coordinating with our trailer park, ferry companies, and charters to ensure flawless transport execution.

You bring

• at least 3 years of experience in road transport, for example as a planner or freight forwarder;
• a strong command of the English language, both spoken and written. Do you also speak Dutch or a Scandinavian language? That’s a bonus;
• in-depth knowledge of pallets, loading metres, and negotiating rates.
