We are looking for an experienced and detail‑focused Inventory Controller to oversee and optimise inventory levels across our warehouse and logistics operations. This role is key to maintaining high levels of stock accuracy, reducing losses, managing inventory costs, and ensuring efficient supply chain performance. You will play a central role in monitoring inventory data, performing reconciliations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date inventory records within WMS/ERP systems.

  • Carry out regular stock counts including cycle counts, monthly, quarterly, and annual stocktakes.

  • Reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate variances.

  • Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts, delays, or overstocking.

  • Identify root causes of stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

  • Produce inventory performance reports, including accuracy rates, aging stock, and slow‑moving items.

  • Provide recommendations to management on inventory optimisation and improvements.

  • Support continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process enhancements.

About You

  • Experience in an inventory, warehouse, or logistics control role.

  • Strong understanding of WMS/ERP systems and stock control processes.

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to investigate discrepancies and identify root causes.

  • Proactive problem‑solver with a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

What can we offer you?

Competitive Salary Package and an opportunity to be a part of and grow within a driven and successful company, with a team of 160,000, operating in over 90 countries.

In addition, we can offer access to a selection of employee benefits, such as:

  • Enhanced Annual Leave Entitlement from your start, which increases with length of service.
