Logistics Coordinator
Dublin- Furry Park
Mon-Fri, 08.00-16.30, 37.5 hours per week
€40.000-€45.000 per annum
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Control Tower Team providing best-in-class operational support to our Customers. This role provides continuous professional development for the successful candidate in their career journey. As a Control Tower Logistics Coordinator you will work as part of a team focused on operational service delivery, interacting with customers daily, driving relationships and ensuring our Customer needs are met.
What will you be doing?
• Understand our customers’ needs and deliver a high-quality service every time
• Coordinate shipments from booking through to delivery across air, road, ocean, and specialist shipments (including high-value and secure movements)
• Track shipment progress and provide clear, timely updates and reporting
• Manage any issues or delays, finding practical solutions to keep shipments moving smoothly
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and positive team
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to create effective partnerships
About You
• Previous experience in a similar role within Transport Logistics -essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Team player who enjoys working on your own initiative
