Process Engineering Manager 
Location: Ballycoolin -Hybrid
Hours: Monday to Friday , 08:00 - 16:30, flexibility required

Join DSV's Contract Logistics team and play a key role in designing smarter warehouse solutions, driving continuous improvement, and supporting business growth through data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

•    Design and improve warehouse processes, operational layouts, and material flows.
•    Analyse operational and commercial data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements.
•    Develop reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools using Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
•    Support customer solutions, bids, and cost models with operational and engineering insights.
•    Lead and support process improvement and implementation projects from design through to delivery.
•    Work closely with customers, operations, IT, and commercial teams to deliver practical, scalable solutions.
•    Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

What we're looking for

•    Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
•    Experience in process engineering, warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or operational improvement.
•    Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and reporting/dashboard experience (Power BI preferred).
•    Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
•    Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
•    Customer-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Nice to have

•    Experience with AutoCAD, Signavio, WMS systems, or project management tools.
•    Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
•    Experience with forecasting, cloud data platforms, or statistical analysis.
