Role: Process & MHE Trainer
Location: Dublin 15
Hours: Monday – Friday 37.5hr
We are seeking a Process & MHE Trainer to support our Contract Logistics operations by delivering high‑quality training across all operational processes, SOPs, and MHE activities. This role plays a vital part in ensuring employee competence, safety, and compliance, providing training to new starters, existing staff, and those requiring refresher or corrective training. You will help ensure our teams operate to the highest standards while continuously improving training delivery across multiple sites.
What will you be doing?

Deliver training across operational processes, SOPs, and work instructions.

Deliver coordinated MHE training and refresher training across all sites in line with legislation and statutory requirements.

Provide training for new starters, including onboarding and induction.

Ensure all employees are fully trained to required standards before operating independently.

Deliver refresher training following incidents, audits, process changes, or quality findings.

Conduct regular checks to confirm training effectiveness and compliance.

Complete quality checks to ensure operational processes are being followed correctly.

Chair training meetings and provide training reports and indicators.

Identify training gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement and escalate as required.

Support continuous improvement initiatives through updated training content.
About You
-
Experience working in a warehouse or similar operational/logistics environment.

Practical operational experience using warehouse equipment.

Strong knowledge of SOPs and process‑driven environments.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Train‑the‑Trainer qualification or equivalent experience (preferred).

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Confident delivering training to employees with varying experience and language levels.

High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.

MHE Licensed Trainer with RTITB accreditation or equivalent (essential).
