Road Coordinator 
Santry - Dublin 
Hours 37.5 per week 
Salary €45000 per annum 


In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, exceeding customer expectations, and developing long-term partnerships. You’ll combine strong leadership, commercial awareness, and hands-on logistics experience to deliver top-quality service and drive performance across the department .

What will you be doing?

•    Understanding customer requirements and ensuring the delivery of first-class customer service  
•    Planning, arranging, monitoring, and controlling all elements of Direct Land Transport LTL & FTL (Door to Door) and the completion of all associated documentation (operational, administrative & legal) 
•    Operation of DSV Road IT Systems, Microsoft Office & associated tools 
•    Understanding and adhering to company Quality Policy and objectives, and maintenance of KPI’s  
•    Timely and accurate generation of client sales invoicing and timely processing of costs & sales outside of agreements in electronic form 
•    Timely and effective response to general inquiries and queries, or escalation if unable to deal with completely or accurately. 
•    Compliance with all legal, regulatory and company standards 
•    Compliance with the companies H&S policy, practices and contribute to creating a safer working environment. 
•    Support on-boarding of new projects for smooth transition into the department 
•    Record, monitor and respond to customer complaints, identifying trends and recommending corrective action. 
•    Support and monitor customers quality review process with agreed KPI’s and review periods. 
•    Responsible for invoicing/costs/AR 

About You

•    Experience in transport environment essential  
•    Strong attention to detail with sound judgement and a results-driven, proactive mindset 
•    Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused, consultative approach 
•    Effective communicator, confident in giving and receiving constructive feedback 
•    Creative problem-solver with consistent and balanced decision-making 
•    Highly organised, able to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and deliver excellent customer service
