Transport Planner  
Dublin - Ballycoollin 
Mon- Fri 07.00-15.00, 37.5 hours per week 
Salary: € 35.000 per annum

As an Outbound Planner, you play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You create flow, remove obstacles, and help the operation run at its best.

 
What will you be doing?

•    Plan and schedule daily outbound order fulfilment activities 
•    Allocate customer orders to warehouse teams, balancing workloads and productivity 
•    Prioritise orders based on shipping cut-offs, transport schedules, and customer requirements 
•    Monitor picking, packing, and dispatch progress and resolve any issues that may impact delivery 
•    Coordinate closely with warehouse, inventory, customer service, and transport teams  Ensure stock availability and accurate allocation to orders 
•    Prepare dispatch schedules, shipment documentation, and transport bookings 
•    Track performance metrics such as accuracy, productivity, and on-time dispatch 
•    Identify opportunities to improve workflow, planning, and efficiency 
•    Maintain accurate data in WMS and ERP systems

About You

•    Experience in warehouse operations, outbound logistics, or order fulfilment 
•    Strong understanding of planning, prioritisation, and workload allocation 
•    Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, and Excel 
•    Strong organisational and problem-solving skills 
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
•    Clear communication and coordination skills across teams
