Warehouse Operative 
Baldonnell 
Mon-Fri 

To support the efficient operation of the warehouse by handling goods accurately and safely, ensuring timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments in line with contract logistics service level agreements (SLAs). 

Key Responsibilities 

•    Receive, unload, and check incoming goods against delivery documentation  
•    Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders in line with company standards  
•    Perform stock control activities including counting, cycle counts, and inventory checks  
•    Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks, forklifts (if licensed), and scanners  
•    Ensure all goods are stored safely and in the correct locations  
•    Maintain accurate records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)  
•    Support value-added services such as labelling, repacking, and kitting  
•    Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment  
•    Assist with loading and unloading vehicles efficiently  
•    Report damages, discrepancies, or operational issues promptly  

Key Skills & Experience 

•    Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred (especially in contract logistics environments)  
•    Basic understanding of warehouse operations and processes  
•    Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment  
•    Familiarity with WMS or handheld scanning devices is advantageous  
•    Good communication and teamwork skills  
•    Strong attention to detail  
•    Basic numeracy and literacy skills
