Warehouse Operator
Baldonnell
Mon-Fri 08.00-16.30, 37.5 hours per week

€32000 per annum 

The focus is safety, quality and output working both alone, and as part of a fast moving team striving to maintain the business performance targets.  You will be picking and packing highly sensitive products in a time driven environment. 
 
What will you be doing?

•    Follow all Health & Safety, hygiene, and PPE requirements at all times 
•    Participate in safety, operational programmes, and scheduled audits 

•    Maintain housekeeping standards and report hazards or incidents immediately 
•    Comply with all SOPs, quality standards, and company procedures 
•    Carry out warehouse tasks efficiently to meet SLA and customer expectations 
•    Ensure accuracy and integrity of product, inventory, and processes 
•    Support inventory control, including reporting errors and cycle counting awareness 
•    Accurately receive, pick, check, and dispatch orders to customer requirements 
•    Work collaboratively with internal teams and maintain strong communication 
•    Handle goods safely, including high-value items, with care and efficiency 
•    Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets

About You

•    Previous warehouse experience (including picking) desirable 
•    PPT licence advantageous, but not essential 
•    Physically fit with experience in packing and loading 

•    Proven ability to meet targets and achieve pick-rate KPIs
