Your responsibilities:

 

  • Defining the technical standard of leased facilities according to the DSV Group standard
  • Auditing and maintaining the technical standard of all leased facilities
  • Management and optimisation of service costs of leased facilities
  • Management of utilities by analysing their consumption and costs
  • Implementation of optimisation measures to reduce energy consumption and costs
  • Overseeing waste management and keeping legal records, including appropriate reporting
  • Proposing solutions and taking measures to reduce the CO2 footprint - in line with DSV Group guidelines

 
Our requirements:

 

  • Several years of experience in a similar position (experience in the maintenance of warehouse facilities preferred)
  • Very good technical knowledge of warehouse property maintenance
  • Knowledge of the financial aspects of real estate management
  • Experience in optimising warehouse space operating costs
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Knowledge of English allowing for free business communication (min. B2)
