Your responsibilities:
- Defining the technical standard of leased facilities according to the DSV Group standard
- Auditing and maintaining the technical standard of all leased facilities
- Management and optimisation of service costs of leased facilities
- Management of utilities by analysing their consumption and costs
- Implementation of optimisation measures to reduce energy consumption and costs
- Overseeing waste management and keeping legal records, including appropriate reporting
- Proposing solutions and taking measures to reduce the CO2 footprint - in line with DSV Group guidelines
Our requirements:
- Several years of experience in a similar position (experience in the maintenance of warehouse facilities preferred)
- Very good technical knowledge of warehouse property maintenance
- Knowledge of the financial aspects of real estate management
- Experience in optimising warehouse space operating costs
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of English allowing for free business communication (min. B2)
